Service request privacy
Knowles True Value, DBA White River Appliance and Hardware, uses the name, phone number, optional email, equipment details, concern and date preferences you submit to review your request and contact you about service. Submission does not authorize repairs or confirm an appointment.
Where information goes
When online intake is enabled, requests are held in the shop’s private website request queue on its hosting provider. Authorized staff can review them and link verified requests to customer equipment and pending repair records in the shop service system. Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment. This website does not process payments.
Optional confirmation email
If you provide an email address and select the optional confirmation checkbox, the shop sends a one-time receipt with your request reference. It does not confirm an appointment or authorize work, and does not enroll you in marketing. Email is sent through the shop’s mail provider. Notification and delivery records are retained for up to 90 days. You can submit a request without requesting this email; save the reference shown on screen and call the shop for help.
Cookies and security
The request form uses a temporary session cookie for security. No advertising or analytics scripts are included. The host may keep ordinary access logs. Technical abuse controls retain a keyed network-address hash for up to one day; raw addresses are not stored in the request database. Please do not send payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information.
Retention and your choices
Website requests are retained for up to 90 days and removed by the service retention task, which runs while the service is operating. Any records the shop transfers to its service system follow the shop’s separate service-record policy. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, call (870) 297-3710. Hosting backups and logs have their own retention settings, which the shop manages with its provider.
